- EAEmma AlvarezAug 17, 20251.0Hi, I came this morning and a guy named Mohanmed yelled at me in front of all the customers because I was changing my coupon at this store for free, there being many and that he had been working for 9 years and that nothing could happen to him. This is going to be a big problem because someone from Donkin Donuts is going to prohibit me from changing my coupon and that there is no coupon exchange if I don't buy something. I will report it to wherever I have to. It was a horrible experience to have someone scold you for using your coupon from the app when you spend a lot of money on them. This store is totally disgusting.
