  The place was clean, the cashier was nice, the donuts were not impressive weak. They taste like they were bought from Krogers. The coffee was better than the donut.

  I went to Dunkin in Rockwall, and it was obvious that they guy who took my order wanted to be anywhere but at work. I ordered 1 chocolate glazed and 3 glazed donuts, then the guy asked me some dumb questions about me wanting donuts. Then he manhandled my donuts into the bag. He didn't even try to get them straight in the bag so it wouldn't fall over. So I pay, and he just walks away. He didn't ask if I wanted my receipt. He didn't say have a nice day or even thank you. Dude, GET A NEW JOB!!!!

  Went there for drinks and as soon as we got to the speaker, the kid on the other side was rude. His greeting was, “what can I get you” in a rude tone. I ordered a coffee and 2 teas. The drinks were all wrong and he shoved the drink carrier in my hands. I almost dropped them. He didn’t apologize or anything. He only shut the window. Very rude staff. Will never go back. This is a shame!!!!

  door sign shows open til 8pm, walked in 753pm they threw away donuts and are already cleaning up. black girl says "we closed" lol door was open and it's 7mons before 8pm...lazy, entitled ..the "usual" ghetto suspects...
