Ordered on the app at 4:55pm. Showed up at 5:20. No one in line....and had to wait close to 10 minutes for my 2 drinks to be made.....and one of them was made wrong. Hot coffee instead of ice coffee. And when I told them, it took another 5 minutes and it was STILL done wrong. Label on the cup was correct...and they made it wrong....TWICE. 3 employees that I could see and 15 minutes to make 2 drinks and couldn't even do that correctly. Then given no receipt to boot. I'd love the franchise owner's phone number. Slowest Dunkin in the area.

Ordered a dozen donuts online. Arrived and was told none of the three varieties I paid for were in stock. Drove 20 min there and all they had in stock were blueberry muffins and old fashioned. Great job guys. When I asked to speak to manager they told the clerk to tell me I could apply for a refund on the app. Couldn’t be bothered to come to the front.

Staff seemed a little overwhelmed when we got there. It took them about 10 minutes for 2 bagels w/cc . We asked for it in the side and one w/light cc we received bagels with ALOT of cc slathered on the bagel. Both were regular not light like my husband requested. He did not return it because he did not want wait.
