I placed a mobile order for pickup at 6:20 AM and everything was perfect. I ordered the bacon snack and an iced vanilla coffee with sweet cold foam—both were made exactly right and super fresh. The young lady at pickup had everything ready with a friendly smile. This was my second Friday morning stop on the way to work, and both times my orders were spot on with no issues. I didn’t go inside, so I can’t speak to the atmosphere, but the food and service were excellent!

Horrible service. I ordered the simple $6 meal in drive thru and was told to pull around out front and they’ll have the order out. After waiting 10 minutes, I go inside and the rep asked what would I like to order. I confirmed I was told to go wait out front after placing my drive thru order. They never started the order, they started working on it, I asked for a refund and on the way out, the cashier laughed as I approached the door. After hearing her laugh, I turned around and that laugh and smile quickly disappeared. Never again.
It's disgusting and there are people working there who wear very disgusting clothes and don't take care of themselves.
I have to give a huge shoutout to John at the Dunkin’ in Rowlett. He makes the greatest sandwiches of all time — fresh, perfectly put together, and always consistent. You can tell he takes pride in what he does because the quality is on another level compared to anywhere else I’ve been. On top of that, he’s friendly, fast, and makes sure customers are taken care of. Every visit feels like it’s worth it just because of the effort he puts in. If you’re stopping by this Dunkin’, do yourself a favor and grab a sandwich made by John. Absolute 5-star service and food every single time!

There are times I wonder how this Dunkin’ Donuts is still open. And this morning would be one of those times; the absolute lack of decent basic customer service is aberrant. Less than that, just the matter of no common respect. If I’m spending money at an establishment, maybe that establishment should at bare minimum, give a damn. Whoever is in charge of this store, should really reevaluate their business. Didn’t receive napkins with my food, didn’t receive a receipt and the kid closed the window before I could request one. Do better.
