  This place is a joke. Got an $8 meal and thy gave me meal and one item was missing. Wait for that items for 10 minutes. I told them I have missing items and their response was to purchase it separately.

  I come to this location because it's close by and the drive thru convenience, but the staff here ALWAYS has an attitude. They're all young (Gen Z) for the most part and have absolutely no people skills. I say "thank you" because it's in my nature, and usually either don't get a thank you back or I get an under the breath"mmhmm." I just ordered a "chipotle" wrap sandwich but I ordered it as sandwich. The girl gave me an attitude and said "you mean the wrap? It's not a sandwich." I said "the description says sandwich that's why I said that." Some back and forth and when I get to the window I get some dead eyes on me from two girls at the window. No thank you, no smile, just attitude. One of them disappeared to the back after I paid and honestly, wouldn't surprise me if they messed with the food so I just drove off despite paying for it. MANAGEMENT YOU NEED TO DO BETTER. YOUR STAFF LOOK LIKE THEY ABSOLUTELY HATE BEING THERE. AT THE VERY LEAST HAVE THEM SAY "THANK YOU!"

  Unfortunately, I had a frustrating experience at this Dunkin’. I ordered a Vanilla Bean Coolatta and was handed a cup so overfilled it dripped all over my car within seconds. When I returned it to the employee, I was met with an attitude and asked what I wanted — as if it wasn’t obvious. I politely asked for the drink to be made correctly, and instead of remaking it, she just poured the same drink into another cup. While the drink itself was fine, the lack of care and professionalism was disappointing. This could’ve easily been avoided with just a little more attention.
