- ABAmanda BlyAug 27, 20251.0Whoever is there on Wednesdays at 5 pm working the drive through specifically on August 27, 2025 doesn't read the ticket before preparing the order & definitely doesn’t follow instructions on how to make iced lattes because they taste terrible every single time. Every time I go and she's there she makes my iced latte incorrectly & when asked to correct it she says she "has to check the ticket to make sure" which is terrible customer service. You would think she'd read the ticket before making the product & then doubling down to make the customer feel wrong for asking. But either way it's a waste of time since it tastes like sugar water every time she's there.
