  Best location in Chattanooga! Everyone is so sweet and my order is made consistently every visit! You can’t say that for most coffee shops! Kay makes my morning! She knows my name and my order. 10/10 recommend!

  Dunkin Donuts used to have value and quality in the products they offer. No longer is this true, "This American Does Not run on Dunkin!" What a disappointment!

  I've never been asked to give a tip in a FAST FOOD drive-through, and I'll be sure it won't ever happen again by not coming back.

  There was a short while a few months back that this DD location became questionable but I'm a loyal customer and understand everything good takes time to perfect. I'm satisfied as I can be with the Hixson location now. I am there almost everyday. The staff are friendly and I love that they are knowledgeable in how to make a good cup of Joe.

  It’s been frustrating getting the everything bagel bites, and every time they are cold in the middle and barely seasoned. It takes 15 minutes to get an order of hash browns. And the coffee I get is purely milk and sugar with a dash of coffee. It’s a huge let down and I’m not even surprised at this point.
