    To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to express my profound disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Dunkin' location. This is the second time in recent weeks that I have used the mobile app to place an order for pickup, only to arrive and find the store closed with the lights off, despite it being within operating hours. My routine is tightly scheduled, and I rely on the convenience of your app to save time. However, this recurring issue has not only wasted my limited time but has also left me without the coffee I prepaid for. The lack of reliable service at this location is unacceptable and demonstrates a significant failure in your brand's commitment to customer satisfaction. Furthermore, my attempts to resolve the issue and seek a refund for my missing order have been met with an incredibly slow and cumbersome online customer service process. The prospect of not being reimbursed for my money or receiving my loyalty points is a serious concern and adds insult to injury. The combination of unreliable store hours and poor customer service reflects a systemic problem that needs immediate attention. As a regular customer, I cannot in good conscience continue to support a business that consistently fails to meet basic expectations. If these issues are not addressed promptly and effectively, I will be forced to take my business elsewhere and will advise my constituents to do the same. I urge you to take these concerns seriously and implement the necessary changes to ensure that this does not happen to other customers.     It’s kind of hit or miss whether or not your order will be right and you pretty much have to self serve by reaching over the counter to grab your order but I guess it’s a functioning Dunkin.

    Horrible, the night shift guy with long hair and glasses is so rude. I did an order for pick up and he refused to give me my order because he said he was uber eats delivery. Also the other night he tried giving me an order that was not made properly…

    Ordered breakfast from here and it was terrible. The hash browns were cold! HOW?! Every Dunkin’ I’ve been to always served me hot hash browns, this is the only Dunkin’ that I got cold, and when I say cold, I mean COLD. When I told the employee, he goes “he’s too busy to reheat them”. You should’ve heated them right in the first place! That tells you they don’t even follow the protocol for making food, which is extremely suspicious because that screams health code violations. The medium iced coffee was $5, and if you want less ice, they charge you for it, but if you order the regular, they put so much ice in it that you only get 3-4 sips. I won’t be returning to this Dunkin’.
