  The most unfriendly Customer Service I’ve ever experienced in a Dunkin. We were in for dine in with our granddaughters and not one greeting or hello or thank you from the person at the register or from the manager, who was sitting in the dining room looking at her phone. We felt like we were just an inconvenience. The only smile we saw was from the girl serving the window.

  Sam the manager was extremely rude got a crisp and well burnt bagel went and asked for a different one, gave me a massive attitude and says that’s how it is. Calling food inspector

  This store is HORRIBLE. When you order from them through a delivery service like Door Dash, if they don't have what you ordered, rather than canceling that item and refunding the price, the chose what substitution they want to give you. This is NOT customer service. Then, when you call to complain, they have an attitude. They have now lost a weekly order permanently. I will NEVER do business with this location again. I hope the manager get fired for having incompetent staff, as it speaks volumes to their leadership abilities. This location needs to be closed permanently.
