- AGAndrea G.Sep 10, 20251.0Worst Dunkin’ I’ve been too! Two ladies working and they didn’t want to take my order. At first, they told me to order through the kiosk. The system was confusing, so I asked why couldn’t she take my order, she said fine. She had an attitude, but I tried to ignore it. I ordered an iced coffee with cream and sugar. When she handed me the coffee it was very black, she barely put any cream and it wasn’t sweet. I had to request more cream and sugar, she gave it to me and walked away. Horrible service, won’t be back.
