Where is AMANDA! That's it that's all that's the review, new manager sucks district manager i think her name is shonda shes no better horrible customer service, this place is going down hill. Amanda made this place so much more welcoming and better this is ridiculous hilton head doesn't run on dunkin at this rate I'll get coffee and doughnuts from a gas station before I come back here. Even the dunkin in beaufort has better customer service and people who actually care. I need to speak to corporate I normally place big orders since the holidays are coming I'll just take my business elsewhere. Amanda if you can see this We miss you Amanda you were truly amazing and made my past experience with dunkin even better thank you so much for your hard work and dedication it truly says alot about you and your work ethics 🧡 "DUNKIN RAN DUE TO AMANDA!"

Hours posted online are not correct. Went by recently on a Sunday at 1:15pm and they were closed with no signs on the door regarding the hours of operation. Still don’t know what the actual store hours are.

This is by far the darkest, dingy, dirtiest Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been in in my life. Ripped seats in their booths. Trash at the condiment/napkin counter. Looking behind the counter at the coffee bar and counters, they are covered in spills and the floor is covered in crumbs and spills. When my cashier approached the counter, she didn’t say may I help you she made eye contact and only yes. The person handed me the bag with my filled order, called out what it was and handed it to me. No, thank you thank you for your business or anything. You get the distinct impression none of the staff want to be there. Can’t say that I blame them after my experience, I didn’t want to be there either.
The staff here is always pleasant and friendly, which I really appreciate. That said, there are a few things that could be improved:
• When placing an online order with 3 or more drinks, a carrier should automatically be provided — customers shouldn’t have to ask.
• On more than one occasion, the store has run out of sugar. If that happens, customers should be told before the drink is made, since many people expect sugar in their coffee or tea.
• When ordering hot tea, it’s often only filled about 3/4 of the way. Customers are paying for a full cup and should receive one.
The service is good, but small details like these would make a big difference in the overall experience.
Great food on this visit!! This Dunkin is huge, somewhat gloomy and old looking. Plenty of seating, but noone ever seems to dine in. Staff are polite enough to customers, but there is some obvious tension amongst themselves. This location obviously has an ongoing issue with hiring staff who can be professional in the workplace. 😬
