When we asked politely if they carried coffee milk (which is needed for the drink), the employee told us they don’t sell enough of them to bother carrying it. Not only that, but they refused to remake the drink and never let us know in advance that it couldn’t be prepared correctly. It was very disappointing — both the drink and the service.
