  Says open at 4:30 am. NEVER OPEN !!! Don't say you're open at 4:30 when you are not !

  ⸻ I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin’ location. There were two employees working—both appeared to be South Asian. The individual taking the order had an unpleasant odor and behaved in an aggressive, almost confrontational manner. He seemed confused and disoriented, and was wearing glasses and a hat. His demeanor was so erratic that it made my family and me feel genuinely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, he got our order completely wrong and didn’t seem to understand what we were trying to clarify. Given how unsettling the situation became, we decided to leave and go to another Dunkin’ to avoid further issues. This kind of experience is completely unacceptable, and I hope the management addresses it seriously. It being so close to Tufts you can only feel sorry for the students going there.

  Ordered on app at 5:00 am stores says opens at 4:30 , the order goes though I can see it on the screen but they keep doors locked and look at me like I’m crazy when I come to the door I waited til 5:10 they ignored me, store should’ve been open for 40 minutes. Also this has happened 5 times . Food sucks AM service is the worst I’ve ever come across

  I can't believe I am writing this because I never usually leave reviews, (I normally don't have time for them LOL!). But I had such a fantastic experience at this location I wanted to share my story. It was around 4:30am this monday, there was only one employee working and his name was Victor. Man, Victor served me up well. I can't express how much of a nice, handsome, respectful, young man this gentleman was to me. I am disabled and I look forward to going out. When I went to get my favorite strawberry refresher with green tea, this nice man greeted me in the drive through and was nothing short of polite, friendly, and handsome. Victor started a conversation with me when he gave me my order because the location wasn't busy. We talked for a solid 5 minutes at 4:30am and it just made my entire day. If you are reading this Victor, thank you for cheering me up on a gloomy day. I wish you well and success at your job at this location and hope to be served by you again!
