Girl with the red streaks in her hair mentioned a situation with another customer; I can empathize but to take it out on customers following other customers?? She needs to have further training on how to handle that better. I won’t be back

She was extremely friendly when speaking to me on the intercom and at the window. The donuts here were excellent and so soft! This is definitely one of the better Dunkin's I've been to. Highly recommend!
- CTC TSep 23, 20252.0I’ve been coming to this location for over a month, and I appreciated that they provide opportunities for immigrants. However, today was my last visit. My order is almost always incorrect. For example, I asked for a Dunklatte but somehow ended up with a pumpkin-flavored drink. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize it until I had already driven away and started drinking it. There’s also one employee who is consistently rude and seems to always have an attitude. On top of that, the service is very slow, it can take 20 minutes just to get through three cars. The whole operation feels unorganized, and it’s been a very frustrating experience overall.
- SGsyl GarciaSep 22, 20251.0So my mom and nephew went to this Dunkin’ today and they didn’t get there full order and the 2 lady’s said that they put everything in the bag and she looked in the bag and was being rough with the food my mom told her don’t do that to our food then she gives us a cold our food and we get home and the chicken wrap wasn’t even cooked and was in the wrap. It’s so annoying how some workers can be so lazy and rude!!! DONT COME HERE
