  food and drinks here are always good, but since when did “would you like to try a macchiato” become “what would you like to order today?” then proceed to say goodmorning with a attitude after i didnt proceed with my order. didnt think they were ready since all i was asked was if i wanted a macchiato?? must not be a morning person

  I HAD THE WORSE EXPERIENCE AT THIS DUNKIN TODAY!!!!! Cant believe it! First we get there and the whole store is a complete disaster, the old lady there Melissa all she did was talked crap about the whole crew and not only that but was extremely rude to a customer started yelling at the customer cussing at her on front of kids in there! The manager I imagined because was wearing a blue shirt stepped up and started calming the customer telling her please stop when the whole time was her employee fault! Didnt tell that Melissa lasy anything nor fired her for her behavior! And the other hand drive through side, the bigger size girl with red shirt all she did was talked about drive through customers talking about them with the crew! I feel bad for the yound lady shorter girl that was extremely embarrassed while making drinks Its incredible how bad this dunkin has gotten! I hope Nick and Roma stepped up on this behavior SOON!

  Tryed something new to the taste buds..ah @ this is so good!! .small vanilla ,cream cold brew . Has brown sugar syrup in .i got 5 for small iced.. And it has coldfoam. .its dark, and very.good .also did a iced smal,l orginal coffee ,with 2 sugar and 3 butter pecan, and.cold.foam on top. ah so good.

  Not sure what’s up lately. This was my go-to location because the service was great. Now cars getting out of the drive through line and giving up because of long wait times. Hope they will fix this soon!

  Never in my life have I sat in a drive thru for OVER FIFTEEN MINUTES just to get an iced coffee. Then I finally get to order and told they have no large cups. Whoever is in charge of inventory and management needs to step it up. The girls at the window are pleasant to deal with but you can clearly see there’s an issue with management.
