I was told I couldn't be helped if I didn't order from the kiosk. I explained I was disabled and unable to do so. The one with glasses and dark hair told me there was nothing she could do. So I asked if me being disabled was a reason not to get service. She then told me to wait. Which I did for 20 minutes. I must mention that everyone speaks SPANISH and acts as if they can't understand you. You can't see what donuts are available so if you ask she is gonna say ALL OF THEM! The service here is HORRIBLE. I ACTUALLY felt bad for being disabled and unable to use the kiosk. AVOID AT ALL COST. THEY DEFINITELY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE "ADA" ( PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

Absolutely unacceptable. I wish I could give zero stars. Let’s start with the service: I pulled up to the window, and the employee didn’t tell me my total or greet me in any way—completely unwelcoming. When I received my drink, I could already tell something was off. Why was my mocha latte topped with waffle cone pieces? Nowhere on the menu does it say that’s included.
As for the bagel—completely inedible. It wasn’t cooked properly, and one bite was enough to tell it was stale. I didn’t have time to go back because I had to be at work, so I threw both the coffee and bagel away. And let me not even get started with how nobody that works there knows basic english.
This was a waste of money and a terrible experience.

Horrible Dunkin’ Donuts service. Poor communication from employees as they can barely understand or communicate with what we are saying. We were told to pull up to a parking spot to wait and the car behind us got their food before us and we never got ours. Had to go inside to get it for just two items. AVOID IF OR when you can!

There's always a wait whether you order ahead or order at drive thru.
There's a 75% chance your order is gonna be wrong going thru drive thru.... Even the order ahead has been wrong but that chance is less.
Staff is friendly enough but this location could use massive improvement.

Unacceptable Inconsistencies and Lack of Service
I am writing this review to express my deep frustration with the Dunkin' Donuts location at 7301 Overseas Hwy in Marathon, FL. After four separate orders through Instacart, each one has been missing items. This is not a one-time mistake; it is a consistent and unacceptable pattern.
I have made it a point to communicate with my Instacart driver to double-check my order before they leave the store. However, the Dunkin' employees have repeatedly and incorrectly insisted that everything is in the bag. This suggests a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for the customer's order, leading me to believe they are rushing and not properly reading the tickets.
Furthermore, my attempts to call the store to resolve these issues have been met with silence, as no one ever answers the phone. As a previous employee of the company, I know it is detrimental for management to step up and lead their service workers to provide better service. The current inconsistencies and lack of accountability are making it feel as though the team is not being properly managed or held to a high standard.
These ongoing inconveniences are simply unacceptable. I will be reaching out to Dunkin' corporate to file a formal complaint, as this level of service is a disservice to the brand and to the customers who support this location.
