  I frequent this Dunkin a lot, since it’s local to my house. This is the friendliest staff at a Dunkin I’ve ever experienced. There will be mornings that my mood is subpar but the “hello friend” that I receive from the staff changes my mood around! The drinks are always made perfectly and exactly how I ask. The service is fast and the food is always consistent!

  This is the best Dunkin in the area. They are like family it is always clean, they are professional at all times. Mistakes in your order are rare, and if there is a problem they fix it immediately. Love this location

  I go here every morning (as much as my husband doesn't want me to 😆). The staff is friendly, my drink order is always ready quickly and done perfectly, and I am always greated with a smile. Also they take care of my pup too 🐾highly recommend 10/10!

  I’ve been using the On-the-Go mobile ordering at this Dunkin’ (the one right across from Turtle Back Zoo in West Orange) for a while now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experiences. It’s one of the most reliable Dunkin’ locations I’ve been to, especially for mobile pickups. I just love how personable they are when I pull up. My orders are always ready on time, and I’ve never had an issue with missing items or incorrect drinks. Whether it’s a simple coffee run or a full breakfast sandwich and donut order, everything is packed neatly and accurately. The staff is friendly, professional, and moves quickly—even when the store gets busy during peak hours. The location is super convenient, especially if you’re heading to work or visiting the zoo or park nearby.
