  I've never had a good experience here but how my food cold and burnt? I know this is fast food but 1/2 a piece of bacon?

  This location has gotten worst as time has gone on. Prices are worse, and now they're trying to justify shrinkflation in their drinks. Not filling them up all the way. Also, I get that you might mishear an order, but getting defensive and arguing with the customer is a bad look.

  They charge $1.30 for an extra egg. $7.18 for a bacon egg and cheese with extra egg. I didn’t get the extra egg.

  It’s the morning crew….. this one lady who takes the orders for drive through will always mess up the order. For example today we asked for a sandwich on a bagel and we said it twice to her but yet was put down as a croissant. For my drink I asked for the French vanilla and she even asked me if it was the sweetener or just the shot and I told her the sweetener. When I got my coffee she put it down as the shot. We take our time when naming our order because I used to work at Dunkin so I know the stress of trying to get the orders put in fast enough. But it’s every. Single. Time. With this chick. When we got to the window to pay the guy told us our order back and said the sandwich was on a croissant we told him it was supposed to be a bagel. He went back to let them know, we got the sandwich shortly after and it was still in a croissant. When given back to the guy he rolled his eyes at us. I get it working in this industry, we were polite as can be through the whole thing because I know no one is perfect we mess up but. Be more polite.
