  So my fiancée is one of the main closers at this location. And she is having to close alone a lot. Tonight, October 17th, 2025, is the final time I’ll be hearing that “hey sorry I have to close alone.” Idc how much management says “they care about their employees.” It’s just simply not true. She isn’t the only one who has to close. The managers name is John. And I can’t believe he can’t come up and help close. What i wanna know is this part of the employee handbook, and is it allowed for people to close a dunkin/baskin robins alone? They complain about closings not being the best and then expecting the close to be the best it has ever been when it’s just one person. Working all alone. It’s completely unfair to the customer and I will be calling corporate.

  I usually order via their app and my order is always ready at the drive thru when I arrive. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

  Just ate breakfast here for the first time, with the family. Austin was the manager. The lady that took the order was extremely patient with us. Austin fixed our drinks because I accidentally ordered the wrong things. Very pleased with service and food and cleanliness! Will definitely be back!
