I ordered a Dunkin’ latte and while pulling up my rewards at the window, I asked if I could add something to my order. The employee refused, saying she was “on a timer.” It wasn’t busy at all, and I told her I didn’t mind waiting, but she still said no. When I asked for a manager, they gave me the same response. Customer service should come before speed, especially when there’s no line. I’ll be choosing another Dunkin’ moving forward unfortunately. Sincerely a Air-force Veteran.
