  I have held business appointments here multiple times. The staff is so attentive. Helpful and best of all professional. No one looks like they hate their job!!! It is refreshing. Everyone is hands-on, including the DM who stopped to whip my table. I had no clue. They are a great team here.

  Something has gone wrong with this location. Has always been a just average location, but it was worse than normal today. Mobil orders at most locations are ready in minutes. I waited 20 minutes for my iced latte and avocado toast. My latte was sweet and obviously not right. The girl said "it's just milk and espresso" like I was wrong and she didn't make a mistake. I don't appreciate being blamed for someone elses incompetence. The remade drink was correct, but was a short pour. Ridiculous! I don't think there was anyone in the store that wasn't having an issue with their order. Too bad Dunkin doesn't provide a way to make comments directly to the company. My only option was to let the whole world know about this below standard service.

  I left after waiting for a long time, and nobody never came to take my order, even though the saw me waiting, everyone was focused in drive tru. I will never come back to this location again.
