Most days I place a mobile order around 15 minutes in advance cause I know they take forever and the app even tells me to wait saying it shouldn’t take that long yet everyday I place it at least 10 minutes before I get there and still almost everyday I wait almost 10-15 minutes every time. Hire more people and have more people on the clock if it is going to take you this long. Nobody in the place moves with any sense of urgency. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
