When i asked them to correct their mistake when handed me a medium refresher , they just added more ice to a larger cup and handed me over. Time to replace people with automation and machines. They dont insult or dissrespect to their loyal customers

Today marks the 5th day in a row where I’ve been in the incredibly long drive thru line for well over 20 minutes. Incredibly frustrating as I waste my entire morning break waiting in a line.
