Had the audacity to come out knowing i’m waiting for something but went back to the bathroom to do her eyebrows. until a family came in and took their orders first. waited 15 minutes!!! for my drink after taking a family and another customer. just letting you know i ordered 10 minutes beforehand. the place was dirty paper all over the floor.

They decided to close the cashier in the afternoon around 2 PM when there’s a whole line waiting to order. There’s people waiting for the order and it’s there’s no one making the order because one of the two people is on their phone and the other one is busy counting the money. Please Dunkin do something about this because this needs to change and it starts with the management.
