  Yesterday I went to Dunkin and someone convinced me to get the Sabrina daydreaming strawberry drink and it wasn’t my cup of tea. I love the foam on the top but the actual drink tasted like a water down strawberry Creamsicle, but hey to each is own . thank you for the amazing service and the cleanliness of the Dunkin , you guys are amazing

  terrible service! we ordered 4 drinks and the lady working at the time only gave us 3, we had to repeatedly ask for the 4th. asked for a medium drink and gave me a small black coffee, but charged me for the medium drink with customizations. very disappointed and will not be returning any time soon

  No restrooms available to customers, they take forever to make hot sandwiches, they must give priority to drive thru and online order customers first, worst Dunkin donuts ever.

  Service is slow and unfriendly. I waited almost 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was standing there, after trying to get their attention. There was one person waiting for food ahead of me that had already ordered and one person at the drive thru at 10:30am on a Tuesday so it wasn’t crazy busy. There were also four people working behind the counter. Anyway… I waited an additional 15 minutes for my breakfast sandwich, which was stale and weirdly not very hot for something that was supposedly just made. I would’ve left if I had any other options but I needed to get on the road and couldn’t stop again. The bathrooms are also not open and there’s no signage indicating that. The only bright spot was one woman who I assume must be the shift supervisor or manager. She came out to check on things and was friendly and trying to wrangle the team to be quicker and on top of things. I give her a lot of credit. Avoid this Dunkin if you can.

  Employees are super rude waiting for my food for 10 mins my coffee wasn’t filled all the way up! This is just a horrible establishment! And to be right downtown with all these problems is crazy
