  I ordered the new chipotle wrap they have. I had it at other Dunkins and it taste really good. But they totally blew the order. The only thing they gave me was hash browns and bacon inside a cup. Look, I know we all make mistakes, right? No big deal. But they refused to fix my order or give me a refund. It was so weird. Usually when this happens at a fast food place, they can't wait to fix it, right? Not here. What makes it weirder is how badly they messed up the order. I mean, they had the wrap on their tv screen. I pointed to it. I asked for it specifically. I don't believe they even sell hash browns in dixie cups, do they? Also I'm a vegetarian and I specifically asked for no bacon. This couldn't have come on a worst day. I shouldn't have been spending that money any way, it was financially irresponsible. I couldn't afford the meal. Which is my fault. But I like fast food and I decided to treat myself. Now I'm out fifteen bucks and pay day isn't until Friday. And I didn't even get the breakfast I was dying for. Never support this Dunkin. They are terrible.

  I ordered 2 everything bagels with cream cheese and instead I got a rock. This bagel was totally burnt and it felt like eating a rock because of how hard it was. I didn’t expect this from Dunkin and I will surely never come back. Very Disappointed.

  Fast service. They had no bananas for the smoothies but the smoothie was great anyway.
