Takes ages for her to handle an issue then she clearly doesn’t take any steps to train and address things with employees to improve things then she just ignores messages and doesn’t address problems. Terrible at customer service and she’s a manager. This location constantly gives out either cold or way over cooked food. Mind boggling.
