- GRGiselle RamosSep 29, 20251.0This was by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. First, the driveway is hidden, which already makes it hard to access. Then I sat in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes, only to have my order wrong when I finally got up there. They asked me to pull to the side and wait even longer, and when my food came out, it was still wrong. To make matters worse, they told me they couldn’t fix it because they charged me for a wrap instead of the croissant sandwich I actually ordered. At that point, I left because I didn’t have any more time to waste—only to realize later they also forgot my pumpkin loaf. My husband had to drive back to get it. Terrible service, long wait times, and repeated mistakes. I won’t be coming back to this location.

The lack of customer service, the poor assembly to the items I PAY FOR & the SLOWEST service ever, this location is better off closing. Truly doesn’t even deserve the 1 star.
