- BBBrittLynnAug 25, 20251.0While living in Afton, I came to this location frequently. The food was okay most of the time. I would order a cream cheese bagel or bagel minis and I’d say about 40% of they were dry and cold. They got my coffee order wrong a lot of the time. I would give this place 4 stars but what really set it back was I had to take an order of bagel minis off because the amount of money I had on my card was short and I heard the girl at the window in the background making fun of me. I was going through a lot at the time taking care of my disabled husband and 1 year old little girl and I just cried the entire way home because she made me feel so bad. If I ever come back to Afton I will drive miles out of my way just to avoid this location. Worst experience ever.
- MMmark meekerAug 17, 20251.0Used the drive thru. Ordered a wrap. They took my payment, and with nobody else in line, asked me to pull around the building, and they’d bring it out to me. I replied, there is nobody in line, she says, “we have to keep our drive thru times down”. Why hand me that inconvenience? Let’s say there was somebody else in line, why inconvenience me then, regardless? I use the drive thru when I’m in a hurry, and you’re deceiving me when it looks like there’s nobody in the drive thru, and there’s actually 4 people parked, waiting on your deceptive ways. I sent an email, they said they’d reply in 2 days. Sent multiple follow up emails, and no response. That was 24 days ago. Well, here’s your extremely deserved 1 star google review. I’ll no longer visit Dunkin because of the deception, and terrible store management at the Andrew Johnson highway store in Greeneville.
