  This is my local Dunkin and every time I place online order and come to pick it up from the store. They tell me that they are missing three out of the four items that I ordered. Every single time without fail.

  Should have kept driving. Order sausage egg and cheese croissant and hash browns, simple order. I get to work and I have a egg and cheese croissant with some missing hash browns. it not like they were busy. I was the only car there.

  Avoid this Dunkin at all costs if you want standard items - they’re never in stock. They never make the drinks correctly and you will sit in the drive thru for a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes even if there is only one car in front of you. They will not take your order until they’ve cleared their window. Going here is an extremely frustrating experience and will make you late to wherever you’re going, even if you left with plenty of time.

  absolutely horrible experience every time I go here. Always out of something from their menu, I normally order through the app and when I go into the store and find out they are out of stock of the items in my order. The staff is highly unprofessional and untrained, they cannot keep up with order or remember anything nor they can take orders properly. Overall a very poorly managed and operated store. would be better off with new management or just shut the place down. the employees are just goofing around there don’t know how to make orders or atleast treat the customer nicely

  This Dunkin is typically out of stuff. I tried to order the cream milk latte and they told me it was discontinued even though it was advertised on the app and the drive thru menu. I will say there is one blonde girl who works there in the evenings and she is awesome. But overall this is pretty disappointing. I love Dunkin though
