  Even when you’re busy it’s important to have customer service and at least ACKNOWLEDGE that they (the customer) are there. I stood at the counter this morning for 10 min (no exaggeration) while being completely ignored by the 3 workers inside (730am shift) when I was finally acknowledged it was a “what do you want?” No hello. No thanks for waiting. If it hadn’t been for my 9 year olds excitement over getting the donut she earned I would have walked out. Worst experience I’ve had at a Dunkin (and he got the donut wrong). Management needs to retrain that staff with some customer service skills. A simple hello goes a long way!!

  Blueberry muffin was great! The coffee tasted like it was burned or had been sitting on the burner too long. Staff were polite.

  Don’t go to this DD if you want to sit in the dining area. The music is so loud, the people at the register can’t even hear what you want to order!!!

  If I could give a 0 I would. Today was worse than usual, only two employees and I got my mobile order 40mins after placing the order, I waiting 20 of those mins in the store. I understand if they’re just running behind but the reason became obvious as I stood there. The two employees, one of them the manager, were distracted chatting about their weddings, court dates, “baby daddy’s”, etc. So frustrating to wait there with other customers, while they just let us start to pile up. Do not recommend. Retraining for the manager is a must. And they over toasted my egg and cheese croissant. I wasn’t gonna wait another 20min for them to redo it

  I dont care what anyone says, this is the BEST dunkin in Clermont. They are always well stocked with donuts (especially my favorite, the French Crueller), pastries and food items and I have never had a bad coffee here. The staff are beyond amazing, very nice and patient and everytime I have come in they are cleaning. Whether its the sitting area or behind the counter, they do their best to keep the place clean.
