- APAlana PApr 28, 20251.0Whoever the afternoon staff is on monday seem miserable. The woman ignored my friend and I when trying to order at the counter. The man who finally walked over with a patchy scruffy beard was very rude, he kept trying to close the sale before we could finish our order, had an attitude when asked about munchkins, and overall just had a rude demeanor. Our drinks came out horrible, we ordered a frozen caramel coffee. No Caramel taste in it at all. My food also came out burnt and hard…I have no idea what their issue is.
