- XSXo SummersSep 30, 20251.0This is absolutely the worst Dunkin chain I’ve been to. Whoever The manager is needs to be fired. He’s rude and does not help whatsoever. They added sugar free vanilla instead of french and the manager did not let the employee add in the pump of vanilla without a receipt even though I had just bought the drink an hour ago. I was not about to argue with someone incompetent like that manager

Finally someone very rude answers the phone and refuses to take a pick up order for the next day of 4 dozen donuts and 2 boxes of coffee. He stated I'm too busy to take a phone order and hung up on me. Rude, horrible, and no respect for paying customers. I ordered at another local Dunkin, which was more than happy to get my order.
