Ok, they got the coffees right. Order was placed at drive thru, which had a long wait time, over 15 minutes. I ordered 2 hot coffees (one black, one with cream) and 4 hash browns. Once we got to the window, the coffees were correct but we only got one hash brown (and were only charged for one). Explain to the cashier that we had ordered for, but there must’ve been a misunderstanding if they could please get us the other three orders as we were on a long road trip. She did and made the order right, however, her boss who took the incorrect order, scolded her in front of everyone and let her know,”You Can’t do add-on orders at the drive-through when it’s this busy”. I attempted to advocate for her, but the boss lady was very grouchy and ripped into her employee unfairly. Her employee just wanted to make things right, and did, and it literally added about 30 seconds to our visit, and our order was handled quicker than any of the other orders in line. I would like to apply and command the employee for keeping her cool And how well she handled the situation with her boss, and did the right thing by providing excellent customer service. This review only receives three stars because the manager is a complete bully and intimidator, and I hope that the quality employees do not leave due to her negativity. I would like to applaud once again the cashier for making our order right in a timely manner. We paid the second transaction for our other hashbrowns and we’re on our way.without the unprofessional bullying that was heard by all customers, we would gladly have given a 4 star review despite the wait time. If I only interacted with the grumpy bass lady, this would be a zero star, never return situation.
