These spiders are a hot mess—have no eyes, lazy-bones attempt at legs, and stale. A far stretch from the advertised spiders posted in the store. All for $12. Kind of wonder if they mistakenly slipped and provided the “Temu” spiders, but that takes effort. Crazy how low the bar can be set. Remember, most folks buy these for kids. Boo!

Stopped at 6:05a for a breakfast wrap and avocado toast. Was told their ovens weren’t ready and they weren’t able to make any sandwiches…

I wanted a drink and asked for no ice because I was going to drink it for lunch, the cashier told me it was going to cost an extra .50 cents for no ice. I politely asked her why was it an uncharge for no ice. She called the manager and comes over and says it’s a $3 upcharge for no ice. I told him I didn’t need any extra, just no ice. I said the cashier told me it was 50 cents. He was very nasty with me and told me if I didn’t want to pay for it, don’t order it. I asked for a refund for my previous order since this was an add on and he told me to step to the side so that he could take the next person order. I told him I had already been there for 15 mins and needed to leave. He insisted I “move to the side so that he could take the next person!” The lady behind me said, “She was here first and I’m in no hurry!’’ The manager then rolled his eyes at me and proceeded to do the refund. Never had that experience before And I will not be returning…he was very rude!

My husband and I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. We ordered a hot latte macchiato, and my husband clearly said “hot” several times. The employee kept repeating it back as “iced,” and despite my husband correcting him, they still prepared it iced.
When we got to the window, my husband asked again if it was hot, and the staff insisted he had ordered it iced—even though I was sitting right there and heard him repeat “hot” multiple times. A manager came over and told us they wouldn’t “waste product” and that we would need to buy another one if we wanted it hot. Thankfully, the same guy that took our order stepped in and offered to remake it correctly.
To make matters worse, as we were leaving, the manager told us to “explain our order right next time,” even though we had been very clear. That was unnecessary and unprofessional.
On top of all that, we also ordered the loaded chipotle hash browns and found a hair in it, which was extremely unappetizing and concerning.
Overall, this experience left us very disappointed with both the service and food quality. Mistakes happen, I myself too work with food service and I don’t leave bad reviews but how customers are treated and the cleanliness of the food served are very important.
