  Absolutely disgusted by the service. I started my morning by driving over to the Dunkin at this location before I started work and was hoping I could place my order in through the drive-thru. Despite their being a decent to long line ahead of me, I was happy to wait but as soon as I came close to the drive-thru intercom I was blocked in by a car in front of me which did not allow me to speak clearly into the speaker. The employee then goes to ask me multiple times like "what can i get for you" and after a couple of times I tell her "mam there is a car in front of me that is why you can't hear me clearly can you give me a sec" and then she responded like "okay" as if it was my problem in a rude manner, I then went off and just drove off because she isn't giving me any time to order and let alone you guys are already backed up and still processing orders. I have worked at DD in the past and I know that inside the store there is a camera placed near the intercom where employees can asses the position of customers and if they don't fit in the frame and can't speak clearly then wait up for them and give them a sec. this is truly embarrassing and also a fellow owner myself, I went to call their number and it says their busy all the time (try it yourself, it will automatically put you through voicemail) absolute bs owner and work.

  Second time here only because it was close to the area Drink was watered down badly , service was rude and incorrect, they originally gave us someone else's order. Will not be back

  This Dunkin’ is absolutely disgusting. The health department should shut it down immediately. They don’t have a working bathrooms, where do employees wash their hands!? Avoid this place!!!
