Get your inventory under control, because every time I've come to this location for a simple oatmilk latte FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS, you're ALWAYS out of oatmilk! How is it that every other franchise is able to keep oatmilk in stock??? Its embarrassing, get it together!
- EEEst2010Apr 9, 20251.0I’ve come to this location for years. Workers are usually polite here. This morning the interaction with the black man in the drive through was very disrespectful. I ordered a medium hot chocolate, sometimes this location gives terrible not properly mixed hot chocolate. When I received my hot chocolate it felt extremely light I opened it and seen it was more of a small in a medium cup and not stirred. I asked for it to be filled and the black man filled it but had his bare hands all over the lid where I put my mouth. I simply asked for an extra lid and he said I needed to go to a different location because I am asking for too much. He is disrespectful and I doubt he would say that to the typical customers at this location. He either needs to go through customer training or be fired.
