  If it wasn't for the fact that I was going to a meeting and I was tasked with bringing donuts, I would have left. And I will not be back... it hast taken 15 mins to get 1 dozen donuts. Apparently time management is not a strong point here. Oh, and Im not a Sir...a tall woman yes,... so attention to detail is lacking also.

  This is genuinely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. The amount of times I have had to forgo my order and ask corporate for a refund because the staff doesn’t understand timing of mobile orders is insane. I placed my mobile order at 8:30am this morning, to be ready at 9:00am, as a walk in mobile order. When I got there, all the doors to get in the building were locked, and the only option was the drive thru, however the line was so long I would not have had time to wait. There is no reason that if I order something 30 minutes in advance, it wouldn’t be ready when I get there. There has also been multiple times where I will place a mobile order in advance and they don’t even start working on it until I arrive. The quality of service is truly so poor, I don’t know how they have a higher rating than 1 star.

  My wife and I stopped in a little later in the evening and Dunkin Donuts LITERALLY didn't have any donuts. They were also out of a couple of other items but seriously, out of doughnuts?! The ladies working the night shift were fun.

  Miss Ashley was the best my coffee was gone before I even left the store with my food very polite and knew exactly how I live my iced coffee. I highly recommend her.
