  Waited 45 minutes for my order after being told serveral times that they were working on it when other people were getting there order that came in after me.

  I need to leave at least 20 minutes earlier than usual if I plan to stop here because it’s by far the slowest service of any local Dunkin location. There’s also a 50% chance that my drink will taste the way it’s supposed to.

  There are some wonderful workers here! When I come in I have my drink at the counter before I even order, and when I do order I don't even have to say what I want! Thank you Layla you're absolutely amazing and thank you to the other wonderful ladies and gentlemen who are always on top of it! I understand there are times you are extremely busy and I have to wait, but that will not stop me from coming here or giving a good review!

  If you're out of bacon, let the customer know you're out of bacon. Don't expect a customer who specifically orders avocado toast with BACON to be happy opening the box and finding a few small pcs of bacon and no everything bagel seasoning on it! THAT'S NOT WHAT THEY ORDERED! Then when confronted with the lack of bacon or seasoning situation, instead of throwing it away and starting over you just add the seasoning and a few more small pcs of bacon, to already cold toast! Service at this Dunkin is decreasing every time I go here.
