- MMMichelle M3 days ago2.0Placed my hand on the counter and found it in a sticky mess. Mentioned it to the cashier, he looked over and said “humph”, should have known it wouldn’t be my best experience. Excellent drink. Customer service barely scraped a 1.

- MHMegan HardingSep 30, 20251.0This is the absolute worst Dunkin. Every time I've tried to get a toasted bagel here it doesn't even seem like it got warmed up. Even if you order it "extra toasted" it never seems like it touched a toaster. They also always mess up the coffee orders. Ordered with cold foam? They never put it on. You have to bring it up to them every time to remind them of it. I'm reinot sure why they're so horrible at this specific location, but it's always a let down
