  There’s a gentleman working there today by himself 12:45pm 10/23 there were many people waiting, but he was kind, gracious and funny. Give that man a raise!

  Go to another Dunkin location. Unacceptable experience (not just once).Today I waited 15 minutes for two hot food items with my one-year-old, only to be told my order was never made. When I asked for a refund, the manager Kiara loudly said “just give her a refund” and waved me off in front of everyone. I was only refunded for part of my order, and the implication that I was taking more than I paid for while having my 1 year old child; was insulting and unprofessional. Gabby was kind and apologetic, but management clearly needs retraining in respect and customer service.

  OMG October 9, 2025 at 6:15 PM and the lady behind the counter made me the best hot chocolate I have ever had at Dunkin’! And let me not forget her customer service was beyond my expectations. Super nice super friendly will definitely be back at this location Kudos to your team!

  La experiencia más desagradable que he tenido en un dunkin donuts EVER. El tipo del mostrador fue absurdamente nasty sin motivo… no se si tuvo un mal día y si lo tuvo espero que pronto se le arregle porque que lástima con los clientes que tengamos que aguantar ese trato. Me hablo mal, me interrumpió hablándome golpeado en todo momento mientras estaba tratando de ordenar, hizo gestos agresivos y de verdad si no me di la vuelta y me fui, fue porque tenía hambre porque de verdad fue surrealista la manera en la que me trató este hombre.
