  Worst Dunkin in the franchise worked here 3 days and the service sucks the night shift employees are lazy and rude and also they’re eating on the line while preparing food and drinks . Also your orders are taking forever and a day because employees are talking to they’re friends while you’re stuck at the drive thru box .

  Went to Dunkin and had a terrible experience. The customer service was awful. The staff seemed annoyed that we were even there, barely acknowledged us. They weren’t wearing uniforms and had a nasty attitude. When we politely asked for it to be fixed, we were met with attitude instead of help. Definitely not the kind of service you’d expect from a well-known brand. Won’t be coming back to this location.

  I’ve been going to Dunkin’ for over 20 years and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Not a single employee was in uniform, no one had hair nets on, and the whole place looked sloppy. They completely left out my pumpkin munchkins and when I asked about it, the staff was rude instead of fixing their mistake. Everyone was just rushing through without any care for the customer. After two decades of loyalty, this location really let me down
