  Sat in the corner for an hour. The worker on staff was rude to every last costumer that walked in and to the people in the drive thru as well.

  Coffee is usually good, manager sucks though and customer service is everything

  I dont like to leave a bad review; however, they do deserve this one. I placed an online order for an Arnold palmer (ice tea & lemonade). Cant mess that up. Right?? Got there and realized he gave me water with ice. I said, "hey sir, I wanted an ice tea and lemonade" so he poured it out and gave me a new batch and said, "there you go." I tasted it and it's literally ICE TEA AND WATER! He tried to gas light me and said, "did you not see how I pour your drink" - unprofessional, unaware, and unintelligent. Go somewhere else

  regrettably I’m a regular here and the dude at the window is always super rude, but usually I don’t mind, it’s whatever I’ve been mad in a fast food kitchen before too (although this guy looks more like a manager or owner). after being told normally that one of the items in our order was wrong he snapped at us and said “you got what you ordered” in a few different ways to keep us from saying anything else, pretty lame I would recommend going to the one around the corner on ashland

  What i got vs what i ordered. Cookie dough latte. No whipped cream even tho it has it on the lable. Said they had no idea what the latte was. Onky reason i come here is because ots 2 mins down the road..going to the one thats 15 mins away, they get the orders right
