As a long-time United flyer, I have frequented this location for no less than a decade. Upkeep isn't a thing anymore and neither is customer service. The front of house staff brings a new level to the Philly 'tube. With the last 5 visits receiving stale bagels that end up rock hard after toasting and coffee that's now no more then slightly darkened water, I have to advise that you get your morning started anywhere else but this airport Dunkin'!
