  Supposed to be 8 pieces per order, received 4. Always get shorted when it comes to snackin’ bacon or hash browns here. Their lattes also always taste burnt at this location. This is the only location I’ve ordered bagels with cream cheese and ended up with a bagel with the thinnest layer of cream cheese on one half of the bagel only. I come back every few months hoping it will be different but am disappointed every time.

  I never leave reviews but this really pissed me off. The newer staff is very rude. I ordered a drink for a friend using the drive thru, it was made wrong and the wrong size, when I went to have it remade and the girl looked at me like I was stupid scoffed and poured it down the sink, remade it and set it down roughly on the counter and proceeded to speak to the girl she seemed to be training about how ridiculous remaking the drink was. I was respectful and calm asking to fix the drink, the attitude and overall unhappiness of the staff is off-putting. Just go to town of Saugerties if you want drinks made right, the staff is much more on top of things.
