- CMChloe MarieAug 25, 20255.0I’ve been going to this Dunkin almost everyday since I’ve moved to the area (7 years ago). They are always kind and welcoming. If there has been an issue (coffee or food made wrong) they always are happy to fix it with no issues. The energy here is great.

- KDKatie DeatonMay 1, 20251.0I'm not sure what has happened in the last few months at this location but things have gone significantly downhill. This location used to be a frequent stop for my family but it is now one we actively avoid. In the last 5 visits at this location, our order has experienced issues. Multiple times, our drink order is messed up, which is confusing. It's simply a frozen coffee with one pump of vanilla and a large black iced tea with one pump of liquid sugar. Our last visit was this past weekend; we ordered 2 of the above teas and the above frozen coffee. When we arrived at the window, we were informed that they were out of tea. No problem, we have stuff to do in the area, when will the next batch be ready? We will swing through then. The response? We're not making any more because we would have to throw it away. We're out because it's been selling like crazy. Ma'am, it's 4pm, 80 degrees, and sunny out. Surely you will sell enough to make it worthwhile and don't need to throw out the batch? While she was kind and comped our croissant, this was the cherry on top of a growing list of problem visits at this location. We will be driving out of the way to visit another location.
