  This is the worst dunkin ive ever been to Alecia told me I couldn't use my reward code and told me to go to another Dunkin what kind of customer service is that I asked for a refund and took my business somewhere else I don't have to spend my money at business that argue with customer this guy definitely needs more training I will tell everyone not to come to this place!

  Ordered two ice coffees they had nothing we ordered in them one came with cream and oat milk what lactose person dinks both lol n the other one tasted like dirt . The girl was on ft the whole time even when we tried to fix the order I was trying to explain what was wrong with my order the guy grabbed the drink n walked away from what I was saying like if you stay in listen we can both go about our day now I just wasted all my hard earned money on drinks that are being tossed. Do better
