- RARehman Afzal2 days ago1.0I ordered one regular hot coffee & donut today and got it from drive thru, but the coffee was cold & tastes like old, almost same thing with donut. I was made wrong decision to go DD rather than Starbucks.

I placed an order ahead of time as this was an order for a class I was teaching. I showed up at my scheduled time and the doors were locked. There was one employee working along and she was running the drive through. She eventually let us in and took our order. But when I opened my app, my order was cancelled. Fortunately, she had the donuts to fulfill it but they were not fresh. Just an overall very disappointing experience. I was planning on using Dunkin for all my classes, but I will find another option. I will never go back unfortunately.
