  The staff here is consistently rude and dismissive of their customers. Often shouting and snapping at people who are trying to order or ask for help. In particular, I have a consistent problem with one of their male employees who has tan skin, black slightly curly hair and wears a baseball cap + mask. He is often seen ignoring customers when they ask to get their drinks from behind the counter, and shouting at people who are trying to get his attention. Today I saw him try and withhold a drink from a customer for no apparent reason, even after the customer confirmed it was their order THREE times. He also shouted at me today after I asked to pick up a friends order along side my own (the staff here puts all the drinks behind the counter and customers are unable to retrieve them themselves.) I said excuse me because he was a few feet away from the counter, he ignored me and turned to another customer and after helping them he handed me my drinks. I told him to have a good rest of his day, and he began to shout at me as I was walking out the store, telling me he’d make me wait longer next time. Again all I said to him was “excuse me” one time, and you can even check the cameras to verify this.

  big dude at register was extremely rude and yelling at me and my mom, extremely demanding and not good customer service at all, very snappy when my mom defended us for his yelling and was very rude. refused to scan our gift cards and was claiming they had no funds because he was frustrated. (they had funds in them I checked the app) The big guy needs to be fired!

  Very poor. Cashier not responsive. Fosent answer simple question if they have half & half. Looks like his doing you a favor by taking your order. Shitty attitude. Guy works 6am shift

  They very rude I brought two bagels for $5.99 which I thought was very high total was $13.99 so I ask to have one and he said I rung it up already so I said just give me my money back and had a very bad attitude so I Told them what I had to say and then I left this place is very bad. Very bad experience.
