- AAAshley Atoday3.0I used to love going to this location but recently you have to wait around 10 minutes just to get your order taken if you go in store so I’d recommend just going through the drive through as they seem to prioritize that line more.
- EOEdgar Ortega3 days ago1.0It was 9:50 PM when I stopped by Dunkin’ Donuts to grab an iced coffee through the drive-thru. The employee told me to come inside to place my order, so I did. Once inside, he asked if I was paying with cash. I said no, I’m using a credit card and then he said the system was already closed. Really? It wasn’t even closing time yet. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location, and it’s disappointing to see the same issue keep happening. Customers should be able to order until the actual closing time. This is exactly why businesses go out of business because of employees who don’t care about their customers.
